• The project is located in a prime location on the beach where residents can enjoy the Sea view in a luxurious Space created throughout the building.
• The project is set to be a landmark of Umm Quwain and a part of Beach area development plan on the cost of Umm Al Quwain..
• The MEP Design for HVAC, Electric & Water Supply is designed to meet Estidama requirements and reduce Energy & Water Consumption; Waste Water will be treated in a recycling Plant designed for this project.
