Project Detail

• This project was designed of 2B+G+M+20+Roof Residential building.
• IDEAS approach of design was to create a volume that integrate with the Urban Planning Fabric of Abu Dhabi Traditional Buildings spread along the Main Airport Road in the Heart of Abu Dhabi City.
• The concept intention is to design a modern style building with combination of materials on the Façade of the building, mixing the GRC cladding with the Double Reflective Glazing which interacts with the balconies in non-typical repetition giving each floor a distinctive identity and creating a play of shade and shadow, that could reduce the heat effect along the building.
