• The Main Volumes of each Villa is Rotated 45 degree in respect to the plot Boundaries, the Intention of this concept is to create private external spaces and wider different views without disturbing the privacy of each unit.
• This X shape which composes the complex will give the Common and Family areas ceated at the front of each villa with a wide covered terrace, to have a one common public space that gathers this small community together.
