• This Project is private villa located in Abu Dhabi, in a 6000 m2 Plot Area.
• Designed to meet Green Building LEED Specification and minimize to the maximum the need for HVAC usage in a sustainable design.
• Open space plan with internal Gardens & water features were designed inside the living area.
• Wide Glass Facades were created in the North Direction to allow for maximum natural light in those Living Areas, while Double Façade are created by stretching balconies for better isolation of Bed Rooms from the heat.
• Roofs are used as extension for Gardens and Green spaces that surrounds this Villa, by creating Roof Gardens.
