• The design of the plans is intended to maximize the efficiency of the rented area with better functionality between the different Zones of each Apartment Unit.
• The facade design is a minimalistic modern design to be aesthetically pleasing, Elements of Facades were created to provide shaded volumes on the glass screens to reduce Heat Effect, and thus reducing consumption of HVAC system.
