• This project is a residential/Hotel tower composed of 2B+G+M+55 stories+ Roof.
• The project is located in a prime location on the beach where residents can enjoy the view and the luxury of the building.
• The first 10 Floors are utilized as a hotel and thus we used a different material to reflect the difference in function
• The 45 other floors functioning as a residential building were designed to maximize the profit for the owner with high efficiency while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing Design to attract clients
• The tower is considered the landmark of Umm Quwan considering it is the highest tower in the area and located in its prime location
